Return, Exchange and Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant legislation;
For standard products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged,
retain its resale condition, and be returned in its
original packaging.
Products manufactured specifically in accordance with the consumer's requests (customized) products,
products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, and products that have been installed or assembled
and have therefore lost their resale condition are, in accordance with applicable legislation,
not eligible for return or withdrawal.
Return and withdrawal requests are evaluated based on the nature of the product,
the characteristics of the order, and the applicable legal regulations.
