You can add products to your unpaid orders that are still in your cart. We work with a shipping integration to deliver your completed orders to you as quickly as possible. Once payment is made for your order, a shipping tracking code is generated, so it is not possible to make additions after this stage.

Please check your order while the courier is present. If your package is incomplete or defective: - Do not accept the delivery from the courier. - Attach a "Damage Detection Report" to the courier. - Return the product/package to us with this report and invoice. - Contact us through the communication channels below for the situation.
